Phase 1: Initial Contact

We deliberately are small and intentional about the clients we work with as we don't want to over promise and under deliver. The best way to engage our firm is through a referral. If you do not have one, please send us a message. We are committed to finding you the right resource. If we can’t help you directly then we will find someone who can.


Phase 2: Onsite Assessment 

We meet with clients for an in depth tour of their facilities.  We observe operations, review financial statements and assess business practices.


Phase 3: Delivery of Findings

After our onsite assessment, our team will provide a detailed analysis of our findings, including a thorough review and analysis of business processes, technologies, operational gaps, skill gaps in talent and financial statements. We deliver our critical findings to clients via a detailed report that includes recommendations on how best to move forward.


Phase 4: Transitional Capacity Operation

In select cases, we will operate in a transitional capacity, as interim CFO, COO or HR Executive during a period of significant change or transformation.
